There are no shortcuts to truly delicious pasta. At Villa Romana, the dough is kneaded by hand every morning — soft, elastic and full of flavour even before the sauce touches it. Our ravioli is filled with care, folded by hand and cooked à la minute, just as it should be. Whether you choose a classic handmade pasta, a stuffed ravioli or one of our seasonal varieties, every bite speaks of a kitchen that takes pasta seriously.

Our pizza is not just any pizza. We bake Pinsa Romana using a light, airy dough that is cooked in a stone oven until the crust is golden and caramelised and the centre has risen to a perfect, bubbly finish. The dough — made from wheat flour, rice flour and soya flour — ferments for 48 hours, and our pizza chefs are certified in the craft. If you're looking for a pizza that's taken seriously, you've come to the right place.
